●　Admission Formalities
 An applicant for membership is required to fill out the Membership Registration Form. If you push the ‘Send’ button on the last page, the JSOT secretariat will reply to you soon.
 To fill out the Form, you must fill in the name of a JSOT councilor with his E-mail address on the Form, who recommends you for JSOT membership. In addition, if you are a student, please fill in your academic supervisor's name with his E-mail address, too. (If you don't know any councilors, please contact the JSOT secretariat.)
 After receiving the Form, the JSOT secretariat will send you a bill for an annual membership fee. After your payment has been confirmed, your membership number (ID) and Password will be notified through E-mail.

● Update on Your Record
 A member can update your own record using the “Update Form” attached to the “Membership Page” and is required to send the Form to the JSOT secretariat.
